Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before submitting any supplies to Acer Cash4Supplies. By submitting a quote request or shipping your supplies, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To sell supplies to Acer Cash4Supplies, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States. By submitting a quote request or shipping supplies, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Individuals under the age of 18 may not participate in any transaction with Acer Cash4Supplies, even with parental or guardian consent. This policy is non-negotiable and is in place to ensure full legal compliance and accountability for all parties involved.

Important: You must be the legal owner of the supplies you submit. Submitting supplies that belong to another person without their explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

2. Supply Condition Standards

Acer Cash4Supplies exclusively accepts diabetic supplies that meet all of the following standards. Supplies that do not comply will be declined and returned at the seller's expense.

  • Factory Sealed: All supplies must be in their original, factory-sealed packaging. Any package that appears opened, tampered with, or includes visible damage to the seal will be rejected without exception.
  • Unexpired: Supplies must not be expired at the time of receipt by Acer Cash4Supplies. We recommend shipping supplies with a minimum of 60 days remaining before expiration to allow for transit time.
  • Complete Packaging: Items must include all original components. Supplies missing sensors, applicators, transmitters, or other components included by the manufacturer may be declined or subject to a reduced offer.
  • Authentic & Legitimate: All supplies must be authentic, FDA-cleared products from the original manufacturer. Counterfeit, recalled, or unapproved medical devices are strictly prohibited.
  • Brands We Accept: Dexcom (G6, G7), Omnipod (DASH, 5), FreeStyle Libre (2, 3), and other major diabetic supply brands at our discretion. Contact us to confirm eligibility of specific brands or models.

3. Inspection & Right to Refuse

Acer Cash4Supplies reserves the unilateral right to inspect all received supplies and to accept or refuse any shipment, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. This right applies even if a preliminary quote has been provided prior to receipt of the physical supplies.

Preliminary quotes provided by Acer Cash4Supplies are estimates only and are not binding contracts. Final payment amounts are determined after physical inspection of the received supplies. If the condition of received supplies differs materially from what was described in the quote form, we reserve the right to revise or withdraw the offer.

  • Opened or partially used supplies will be refused and returned.
  • Expired supplies will be refused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller.
  • Supplies suspected of being fraudulent, tampered with, or of questionable origin will be refused, and relevant authorities may be notified.
  • Supplies not meeting our condition standards will be returned within 5 business days of receipt at the seller's expense.
Note on Returns: For refused shipments, you will be responsible for covering return shipping costs. We will notify you via your preferred contact method before discard or return.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is issued promptly following successful inspection and acceptance of received supplies. Acer Cash4Supplies is committed to same-day payment for accepted shipments.

  • Local Pickup (within 1 hr of ZIP 07304): Payment is made in cash at the time of in-person pickup. No additional steps required.
  • Nationwide Shipments: Payment is issued via your preferred digital payment platform (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or CashApp) on the same business day that supplies are inspected and accepted.
  • Payment Disputes: If you disagree with a final offer, you may request the return of your supplies within 48 hours of being notified of the offer. Return shipping costs will apply.
  • Tax Reporting: Sellers are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from payments received. Acer Cash4Supplies does not provide tax advice and is not liable for any tax liability incurred by sellers.

5. Shipping Policy

For nationwide customers, Acer Cash4Supplies provides a FREE prepaid shipping label via email upon request. This label is provided solely for the purpose of shipping your diabetic supplies to us for inspection and purchase.

  • The prepaid label is single-use and valid for the specific shipment quoted.
  • Do not use the prepaid label for any contents other than the supplies quoted. Misuse of the label may result in cancellation of the transaction and recovery of shipping costs.
  • Acer Cash4Supplies is not responsible for supplies lost or damaged during transit once the package has been handed to the carrier. We recommend photographing your package contents before sealing.
  • Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed with the carrier directly. Acer Cash4Supplies will assist with claims documentation where possible but bears no financial liability.

6. Privacy & Data Use

Acer Cash4Supplies respects your privacy. The personal information you provide (name, email, phone number, ZIP code) is used exclusively for the purpose of evaluating, communicating about, and completing your transaction.

  • We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
  • We may retain transaction records for legal, accounting, and compliance purposes in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.
  • By submitting a quote form, you consent to being contacted via your selected preferred contact method for the purpose of completing your transaction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Acer Cash4Supplies, its owners, representatives, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to any transaction, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of income or revenue related to the declined or reduced-offer supplies.
  • Damage to or loss of supplies during carrier transit.
  • Delays in payment due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including carrier delays, payment platform outages, etc.).

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount of the final accepted offer for the specific shipment in question.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Legal Compliance

By transacting with Acer Cash4Supplies, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the legal owner of the supplies being sold, or you have explicit written authorization from the legal owner.
  • The supplies were obtained through a legitimate, lawful prescription or medical program.
  • The sale of your supplies does not violate any federal, state, or local law, including those related to the transfer of prescription medical devices or supplies.
  • You are not a licensed medical supply dealer, pharmacist, or other regulated healthcare entity selling supplies in violation of applicable licensing requirements.

Acer Cash4Supplies operates in good faith as an intermediary. Any fraudulent submissions or misrepresentation of supply eligibility may result in legal action and reporting to appropriate authorities.

9. Changes to These Terms

Acer Cash4Supplies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed.
